Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place including Standard Contractual Clauses or reliance on adequacy decisions. Our payment processor Stripe operates under EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Security Measures

We implement technical and organisational measures including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, CSRF protection, access controls, and regular security audits consistent with our own cybersecurity standards. All staff with access to personal data receive data protection training.
