1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Cyber Data Live Limited ("CDL", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website at https://cyberdatalive.irish, the CDL Learning Management System ("CDL LMS"), and the MasaGo massage platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Cyber Data Live provides specialist cybersecurity, digital forensics, and intelligence services to law enforcement agencies, enterprises, and private clients. We also operate two proprietary platforms:

• CDL LMS — an AI-powered cybersecurity training and certification platform available at https://lms.cyberdatalive.irish.
• MasaGo — an on-demand mobile massage therapy platform connecting certified therapists with clients across the UK.

3. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Premium) are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel before your next billing date with no penalty. Fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. CDL reserves the right to modify plan pricing with 30 days' written notice.

4. MasaGo Therapist Terms

Therapists registering on MasaGo agree to maintain valid professional certification, insurance, and all required equipment. CDL charges a 15% platform commission on completed bookings. Therapists are independent contractors and not employees of Cyber Data Live Limited. CDL reserves the right to suspend or remove any therapist who fails to meet platform standards.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, CDL LMS course materials, and MasaGo platform assets are the intellectual property of Cyber Data Live Limited and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CDL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
